The Vault classes have a mix of high intensity interval training, strength training, endurance, core work, mobility and more! We use free weights and do body weight, Olympic lifting, Power Lifting, and mobility. These Durango classes often target multiple muscle groups at the same time. Each class is designed to build core strength, endurance, and lean muscle in an intense, efficient and supportive environment. No prescribed weight, scores, or times are required—compete with yourself. Our trainers and our workouts are designed to support you in your journey to a fitter and healthier you.

Dive deeper into deep strength training with The Vault fitness strength training classes. These include Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and accessory lifting.

Personal Training
If you are looking for a gym in Durango that offers intense accountability and focused attention, private training is the option for you!
