I take a personalized and holistic approach to each of my clients programs, and just like dancing, I believe that fitness should be joyful, challenging, and fun. My background in Yoga, Pilates, and Reiki allows me to help my clients achieve a sense of balance and has given me a unique understanding of how the mind-body connection and how to incorporate movement into everyday life.
