Designed to strengthen the upper body, back and core muscles to be better equipped for athletic activities, injury prevention and longevity. This strength building class targets large and small muscle groups in a functional way. Open to all levels.
This class will be a Full Body Workout. It will be low impact/medium intensity and will focus on strength and core designed to strengthen and protect from injuries. Whether you’re preparing for a race, getting ready to climb some mountains, or just want to be able to move more freely, you should seriously consider it.
Tues • Fri
A high energy total body workout designed to improve your functional strength and cardiovascular endurance training. HIIT conditioning is a great way to shred some fat while toning up. This class will leave you sweating, gasping for air, and begging for more!
Tues • Thurs
This class is geared for a full hour of deep stretching, mobility, strength and balance practice, finishing with a mindfulness meditation. We will start off with a solid floor routine, moving into sun salutations and flowing to a standing warrior sequence and playful balances, finishing back on the ground for meditation/sound bath.
Total body workout with focus on strength, balance, and memory. Warm-up and cooldown included. Exercises from large to small muscle groups. All ages and fitness levels welcome!
This full strength building class utilizes optional weights, bands, stability balls to target and work every major muscle from your glutes/legs to upper body and core. Class finishes off with a little bit of stretching.
This class will be focused on mobility, flexibility, balance and strength building as we flow through a semi-traditional vinyasa flow. This practice is open to anyone. No experience required. We will learn to link the breath with movement for best channel of energy, creating a moving meditation, leaving class feeling alive and able!
